Elizabeth Crouse is an associate in the tax, trust and estates group of the Seattle office. She is experienced with the U.S. federal and state tax analysis of a variety of domestic and international transactions, including corporate and partnership creation and mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, start up companies, and corporate and partnership life cycle events. Ms. Crouse is also experienced with U.S. federal and state alternative energy tax incentive programs, non-profit corporations, foreign income reporting requirements (FBAR, FATCA, and the Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program), federal tax matters pertinent to the expatriation of U.S. citizens, and federal employment tax controversy and planning.
