Water Laws and Regulations, presented by HalfMoon Education, Inc., is a one-day live event in which various topics concerning federal and state regulation of water quality, quantity, and use will be discussed.

Harrisburg partner Anthony Holtzman and associate Tad Macfarlan will present on "Energy Production: Potential Water Supply and Quality Issues," which will cover:

  • Water need, supply options and challenges
  • Potential risks to groundwater and surface water

In addition, they will present on "Current Issues with the Clean Water Act ," which will cover:

  • Clean Water Act regulation under the Trump Administration
  • “WOTUS” rule update
  • Chesapeake Bay TMDL update
  • Recent and pending Clean Water Act litigation/enforcement cases
