Tami Mack is an associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. She focuses her practice on corporate and transactional law related to mergers and acquisitions, banking and asset finance, venture capital financings, securities, debt and equity financings, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Ms. Mack represents clients that operate in a variety of industries, ranging in size from start-ups to large multinational entities.
Ms. Mack is also an active member of the firm’s pro bono group. As part of her pro bono practice, Ms. Mack has counseled several revenge porn victims through the firm’s Cyber Civil Rights Legal Project. She has also represented individuals in child custody conciliations through the Pittsburgh Pro Bono Partnership. Additionally, Ms. Mack represented a local singer/songwriter with respect to her forthcoming album through Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Most recently, she represented a nonprofit organization with respect to entity formation and its application for federal tax-exempt status.
