The energy and resources practice provides advice in relation to electricity, gas, petroleum, coal minerals, water, forestry, climate change and renewable energy projects for both government and corporate sectors. Our infrastructure practice has extensive experience in ports and other infrastructure projects.
Our intellectual property practice offers a diverse range of services to clients, to generate, evaluate, register, protect, enforce and commercialize intellectual property rights. In addition, we provide advice in relation to telecommunications, information technology procurement, outsourcing, privacy, software and e-commerce websites, as well as negotiating large multi-jurisdictional system development and integration agreements.
