Raina Wagner is a senior litigation associate in the firm’s Seattle office. In her work with private and public clients that include multinational financial organizations, municipal corporations, school districts, and complex energy and utility corporations, Raina has developed a municipal, regulatory, and policy practice with a focus on complex litigation matters.

Raina has a range of litigation experience, including extensive legal research, motion practice, and drafting pleadings and briefs. She has represented her clients in numerous depositions and oral advocacy. In asbestos defense litigation, Raina works closely with her clients to manage multiple and complex cases through all stages of pre-trial matters, discovery, court hearings, and trial preparation. She has located and worked with expert witnesses in a variety of types of litigation involving disputed contracts, including software experts and damages experts.

Raina also has a growing practice specializing in partnerships with the firm’s renowned e-discovery practice, e-Discovery Analysis & Technology (e-DAT), through her role as an e-DAT Ambassador. In the Ambassador position, Raina leverages the proximity and breadth of knowledge of the e-DAT group to help partners and clients stay abreast of the latest tools to make litigation discovery manageable, organized, efficient and cost-effective.

Raina also maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting clients in search of domestic violence protection orders, legal guardianship petitions, and housing justice, and she is an active volunteer with the Loren Miller Bar Association Neighborhood Legal Clinic in Renton.
