Pallavi Wahi is the head of the K&L Gates’ Seattle office. The Seattle Office is one of the firm’s largest offices with over 175 lawyers. Ms. Wahi practices complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on corporate and intellectual property litigation, serves as a co-chair of the firmwide India practice, and is the Chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee.
As an experienced litigator, Ms. Wahi has argued before various tribunals and courts in hearings and at trial with success. She has represented clients across the country in multiple jurisdictions in commercial and intellectual property disputes. Ms. Wahi regularly represents a number of clients in high-volume and high-stakes litigation involving multiple lawsuits, multiple parties, and occasionally multiple countries. In this role, she is used to enforcing her client’s rights along with a team of attorneys trained specially in high-volume litigation utilizing cutting-edge technology and resources for that purpose.
Ms. Wahi also represents several large international clients as global coordinating counsel for litigation programs across a large number of jurisdictions, countries and subject matter areas. In this role, she has worked on and developed litigation programs on a global and national scale for clients across jurisdictions to drive efficiencies of costs and consistency of process and approach with clients with recurring needs.
Ms. Wahi was recently included in the 2017 edition of
Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business
as a Recognized Practitioner in the General Commercial Litigation category for Washington State. In 2016,
recognized her as Noted Practitioner. She has also been recognized as a 2017 Washington Super Lawyer and named by
(MIP) magazine as an IP STAR for 2017 and 2016. Washington Diversity Council and the National Women’s Council named Ms. Wahi as one of “Washington’s Top 20 Business Women” in 2015. In 2014, the National Diversity Council honored her as one of the “Most Powerful and Influential Women of Washington State.”
