Ms. Cole is a senior associate in the firm’s global labor, employment and workplace safety practice area, helping international businesses to manage employment law issues in the UK and the EU. She has extensive experience advising on UK immigration law and has represented some of the world’s largest companies, specifically in the engineering, media and the financial services industries. Ms. Cole provides strategic advice to businesses and individuals on navigating the UK immigration framework for establishing a business in the UK, operating a compliant and functioning immigration programme and advising on immigration options for businesses and individuals in light of Brexit. She also regularly works with international businesses, particularly US-headquartered businesses, in relation to the management of cross-border employment projects and the associated immigration aspects of this.

Ms. Cole also assists SME’s and global organisations with the structure and maintenance of their UK sponsor licences, the development and documentation of their internal mobility policies and the immigration implications of corporate restructuring.

She has significant experience advising clients with UK sponsor license related issues, including audits and issues relating to mergers and acquisitions.
