Real Estate: Our real estate experience covers investment, acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction, project finance, planning and environmental issues, leasing, property management, property holding re-structuring, financing and dispute resolution.
Finance: We advise banks and borrowers on all aspects of mainstream lending, structured finance and commercial real estate financing. We advise on many types of transactions, both nationally and internationally, including acquisitions, project finance, restructuring and insolvency, equity and credit derivatives, property investment and development. We also have a dedicated aviation team with extensive experience representing airlines, financial institutions and leasing companies around the globe in connection with aircraft operating finance and leasing transactions.
Commercial Litigation: Our team has the breadth and depth of experience and the capability to deal with even the most complex and difficult engagements efficiently and cost effectively. We manage cases in the English courts and all major arbitral forums. We are well versed in many methods of alternative dispute resolution. We regularly advise on third-party funding, after-the-event insurance and alternative fee arrangements. We also have a leading international arbitration practice.

Boardroom Risk: We advise on all aspects of legal, regulatory and compliance risk or any combination of risks that can affect an organization and its board. For example, our lawyers work with clients on matters ranging from fraud and corruption to employment and workplace safety, and from corporate governance to competition issues and cyber risks. We also advise on regulatory and criminal investigations and insurance coverage issues. Our advice covers both domestic and international issues, and falls into two categories: risk mitigation and risk response.
