Pittsburgh associate Travis Brannon will present during Day two of EMLF’s Kentucky Mineral Law Conference. His presentation, “A Year in the Courtroom for Oil and Gas” will focus on some of the major oil and gas litigation in developments in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky, including state/local preemption issues, dormant mineral acts, and royalty litigation.

Conference accreditation is pending from states with mandatory Continuing Legal Education and with the AAPL
