Ms. Parker is an associate in the firm’s Boston office. She focuses her practice on general civil and commercial litigation matters, employment law and government enforcement. She has experience representing a variety of corporate and individual clients in contract, consumer protection, tort, and employment-related litigation matters in federal and state courts. Ms. Parker also counsels clients in various employment matters, including improving internal policies and navigating post-employment relationships. Ms. Parker also has experience representing clients in connection with responding to both formal and informal government inquiries and conducting internal investigations and due diligence reviews.

Ms. Parker has participated in a variety of state and federal court proceedings, including jury trials, arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association, mediations, and dispositive motions. Her representations include litigation arising under state and federal statutory law (including state unfair and deceptive acts and practices statutes and RICO) and state common law (including contract and tort). She has also advised clients on a variety of employment issues, as well as in domestic and foreign federal criminal matters and enforcement investigations, including cross-border and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations. In addition, Ms. Parker has extensive experience managing complex discovery for clients, including large scale document productions, written discovery, and complex discovery issues relating to electronically stored information and privilege.

In 2018, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly recognized Ms. Parker with an Excellence in the Law - Pro Bono Award for her pro bono work helping to secure the release of Fred Weichel, who was wrongfully imprisoned for more than 36 years for a crime he did not commit.
