Global law firm K&L Gates LLP
has been recognized by general counsel as one of the leading firms for superior client service for a fifth consecutive year, according to the 2017 BTI Client Service A-Team
survey, released today. K&L Gates ranks 14th on BTI’s list of the top 30 firms for client service and also has been named among the leaders for delivering the best value to clients.
BTI’s annual Client Service A-Team
survey ranks law firms based on in-depth, unprompted, unbiased interviews with more than 330 legal decision makers at domestic and global companies with $1 billion or more in revenues. The survey rates firms in 17 unique activities, such as breadth of services, innovative offerings, anticipating client needs, and understanding client business, that clients say drive superior service, recognizing those that clients identify by name for helping to reinvent how legal services are delivered.
This is K&L Gates’ 16th straight appearance on the Client Service A-Team
and the third consecutive year the firm has ranked in the upper half of the “Client Service 30.”
The ranking follows a number of other recent honors for K&L Gates, including having been named to the 2016 Global Elite Brand Index
by Acritas; among the top law firms for first-tier practice rankings in the 2017 edition of the U.S. News-Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms”
