K&L Gates Deepens Real Estate Practice with Addition of London Partner Pair

London - Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added Tim Webb and Emma Maher as real estate partners in its London office. They join K&L Gates from Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

With nearly three decades of experience advising multinationals, local real estate companies, real estate private equity funds, and family offices on projects in the UK, Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, Brazil, and China, Webb is recognized as a leading lawyer in real estate law in both the Chambers and The Legal 500 directories. Together with Maher’s more than a dozen years of experience, their practice focuses on both the residential and commercial sectors with an emphasis on institutional investment, forward funding, development, and regeneration, with the pair also having substantial experience in the data centres, logistics, and build-to-rent areas.
