Paris - Lawyers from the Paris office of global law firm K&L Gates have advised Gramercy Europe, through its latest fund Gramercy Property Europe III, on the acquisition of seven French logistics assets for €175 million from Tristan Capital Partners.

Located across France, the combined portfolio spans seven buildings totaling almost 300,000 sqm. Of these, five are located near France’s main logistics hubs of Lille, Paris and Marseille, while the remaining two are on the main Paris-Bordeaux road transit route.

The K&L Gates team that advised Gramercy Europe on the deal included Edouard Vitry (partner, real estate), Joanna Klat (counsel, real estate), Sylvie Chandesris (associate, real estate), Blandine Bourelle (associate, real estate), Caroline Ledoux (partner, corporate), Charlotte Grolimund (associate, corporate) and Adeline Roboam (counsel, financing).
