Jennifer J. Yeung

Jennifer Yeung is an associate at the firm’s Pittsburgh office. She is a member of the mergers and acquisitions practice group and the investigations, enforcement, and white collar practice group.

In the corporate/mergers and acquisitions arena, she concentrates her practice on emerging growth and venture capital work, assisting startups and established businesses alike with formation/restructuring, management of commercial relationships, venture capital financing, incentive compensation plans, and pension risk transfers. In the investigations, enforcement, and white-collar arena, she focuses her practice on conducting internal investigations to evaluate clients’ exposure under the various federal statutes such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the False Claims Act. Jennifer represents clients of varying size in multiple industries.
