The "Ethics in FERC Practice," presented by the Energy Bar Association, is a two-hour, in-person event where a diverse, experienced panel will explore a range of topics that implicate ethics, from ex parte communications, to issues arising out of the Model Protective Order, to practices before and during hearings at FERC.

FERC Chief Judge Carmen A. Cintron, FERC-OAL Director John Kroeger, and Washington, D.C. partner Will Keyser will discuss ethical considerations in FERC practice. Dan Nugent of FERC will moderate.

Washington, D.C. associate Gillian Giannetti helped plan this event.
